20 Photos That Will Inspire You To Visit Nuwara Eliya

We’ve realized that we aren’t exactly travelers who hunt down the must-see places. Instead, we choose to casually wander around the streets. That’s perfectly fine because our morning tuk rides lead us to interesting corners, where there are picturesque moss-laden rocky paths and flowery fences. Our casual, lazy walks lead us to lesser-known places. Places that aren’t on guidebooks. Places we live in every day but we are too busy to see the beauty in it. Places filled with love. Places that are tiny, but beautiful. Here is a photo blog of all the tiny beautiful corners we found when we were in Nuwara Eliya.

  • Those images are breath taking. Was not aware Sri Lanka has such beautiful landscapes and serene greenery.I would within a heartbeat book my tickets and come to Lanka after this visual treat of the island.Thank You for showing all these images, it really made my day.

  • Oh I’ve been there too! It’s definitely one of the places that everyone should visit! Something completely different and totally idyllic!

  • There are so many pretty flowers . . . I love all the colors! Looks like a quiet little place to relax and explore.

  • These are really beautiful pictures. I can feel the serenity just looking at them and it feels wonderful. This is some place I’d love to be in for a week and just chill. I wonder if the wind turbine works for renewable electricity.
